What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain parametric Revit content for plumbing, mechanical piping, and electrical detailing
Build and maintain manufacturer-specific ITM content and fabrication services for plumbing and electrical projects
Create reports and labels for output from Revit to fabrication for various project needs
Provide user support on fabrication through Revit and related Autodesk software
Conduct QA/QC reviews of work output completed by the Virtual Support Team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience building content and maintaining ITMs, RFA’s, labor, and cost data for Autodesk Fabrication CADmep/ESTmep
Understanding of the BIM/VDC process and workflows
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu PDF software
Ability to maintain positive relationships with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate's Degree preferred
Intermediate software knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Fabrication software
Proven track record of meeting schedule commitments and project deadlines
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
