Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements. Review room designs with customers and provide purchasing recommendations. Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service. Support In Stock by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. Drive sales to meet department and store goals by applying these priorities.
