Designer - Kitchen/Bath

Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot supports three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, coordinating kitchen and/or bath measures, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the store and provide service for kitchen and/or bath projects.

Assess customer needs, conduct showroom tours, set up measures, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.

Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.

Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support Store Appearance.

Contribute to achieving department and store goals by driving sales through these priorities.
