Apartment Community Admin/Concierge $17hr Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately Coordinate and facilitate resident services, such as package delivery, maintenance requests, and community events Maintain records and perform administrative tasks to support the property management team Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable Address resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various technology platforms Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Benefits
