Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Department, as well as the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This role helps ensure brand consistency, timely delivery of materials, and strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role is integral in ensuring consistency across all brand communications and assisting with the successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about driving brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination: Assist in developing, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms. Campaign & Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards. Campaign & Project Coordination: Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the Marketing Director. Content Creation & Brand Support: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email newsletters, and sales collateral. Content Creation & Brand Support: Update website content, blog posts, and digital assets as needed. Content Creation & Brand Support: Proofread and ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Content Creation & Brand Support: Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Events & Community Engagement: Support the organization of company events, sponsorships, and community initiatives. Events & Community Engagement: Manage logistics, including vendor coordination, promotional materials, and event setup. Events & Community Engagement: Capture event photos/content for marketing use and post-event reporting. Digital & Social Media: Assist in managing social media across company channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Digital & Social Media: Engage with followers and respond to comments or messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Digital & Social Media: Support in the creation and coordination of paid digital campaigns and track metrics such as engagement, leads, and reach. Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Administrative Support: Coordinate approvals and signatures for marketing purchases or contracts. Administrative Support: Assist in managing external vendor relationships (printers, designers, media reps, etc.). Administrative Support: Assist with errands, such as picking up supplies or materials, and safely operate company vehicles for marketing or event purposes. Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred. Experience in the renewable energy industry or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp or similar tools. Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, and social media platforms, as well as digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SalesForce, etc.). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills. Core Competencies
