- Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service: welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
Drive sales to support department and store goals by reinforcing these three priorities.
