Responsibilities

Report to the National Director of Marketing and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies for culinary venues and food & beverage offerings. Collaborate with Restaurant Operations, Revenue Management, Culinary Teams, and Groups/Events Departments to support marketing strategies. Work with the Director of Marketing to execute the annual food & beverage marketing plan and strategy. Develop and manage a Digital Roadmap for the assigned restaurant portfolio to optimize guest retention, conversion and customer acquisition. Manage brand development projects with project management and the National Director of Brand & Creative within timelines. Plan and execute a global or regional marketing plan for assigned F&B outlets and refine its digital strategy. Communicate plans and findings clearly to senior leadership and team members. Create a full marketing calendar for all F&B outlets (12 months). Support development of digital marketing strategies and interpretation of results where applicable. Focus on meeting objectives and marketing initiatives across digital brand channels for given restaurants and outlets. Coordinate with Revenue & Operations to identify peak periods and marketing strategies to drive traffic during soft periods. Recommend and collaborate with additional digital resources as needed. Distribute and interpret monthly analytics reporting of all F&B marketing activities. Execute special offer packages and digital campaigns to drive restaurant bookings and increase average check based on demand. Oversee internal and external communications for F&B outlets. Oversee project management of creative requests including requirements, timelines, expectations and deliverables for given restaurants. Coordinate with F&B Operations for menu updates, chef specials, and seasonal promotions or changes in dining venues. Coordinate property updates to ensure up-to-date media for all F&B outlets. Contribute content ideas and develop marketing initiatives for restaurant websites and social media channels. Build, edit and proof content on restaurant brand websites; ensure information is accurate and up to date (menus, hours, events). Organize content requests from multiple properties and stakeholders. Manage and optimize restaurant profiles on reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, Tock). Create compelling copywriting for restaurant marketing materials, promotions, and digital campaigns. Implement and manage SMS marketing campaigns to drive repeat visits and event attendance. Develop neighborhood-focused marketing strategies to build a local customer base. Manage direct mail campaigns targeting specific demographics and geographic areas. Provide presentation development support and act as first-line support for junior marketing team members. Serve as the subject matter expert for campaigns, platforms (CMS Admin/Blog), online reservation systems, and other F&B marketing tools. Collaborate with the Director of Advertising to create budgets for campaigns and test new paid outlets based on performance. Complete other duties as assigned related to food & beverage marketing support. Qualifications

College degree preferred 5+ years of marketing experience; restaurant/hospitality marketing required Demonstrated experience in restaurant marketing and promotional campaign development Strong understanding of restaurant operations and revenue strategies Experience with restaurant reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, Tock, etc.) Knowledge of POS systems and their marketing capabilities Proven experience in SMS marketing campaign development and execution Experience with neighborhood/local marketing strategies and community engagement Track record of direct mail campaign management Strong copywriting skills for menus, promotional materials, and digital content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels with actionable goals Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills Experience in digital marketing for restaurants and F&B concepts Familiarity with digital tactics (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to develop programs for incremental business Ability to reflect brand identity across all projects and marketing materials Additional Information
