Location: USA HomeGoods Store 0796 Mays Landing NJ This position has a starting pay range of $15.49 to $15.99 per hour. Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and uphold a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction programs. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to changes or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
