Overview As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Technical Lead, you will be part of a Cognizant team focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for Cognizant's clients. You will spend a majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments, architecting, designing, and implementing high-quality CRM / XRM applications and platform solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with customers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform
Develop high level project work plans, and manage budgets and scope of work
Develop robust architecture design and functionality
Design integration solutions for backend services and back-office/ERP applications
Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with or without custom code
Develop data conversion and testing strategies
Collaborate with Offshore team and drive design, implementation & test review activities
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience as an application developer or equivalent with C#, ASP.NET background
Minimum 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE Platform
Experience in developing with ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, VB Scripting, COM+
2+ years of implementation experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Portal / PowerApps Portal
Windows Applications, HTML, XML, XSLT, Java, and JavaScript
Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CE design and development experience
Experience with Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-ins, and custom integrations
Experience configuring and customizing SharePoint workflows, Web Part design and development
Experience with SQL Server, XML, XSLT, CAML, BI tools, Excel Services, Reporting
Experience with REST, JSON, WCF, OData, jQuery; integration with Outlook and other LOB apps (SAP, PeopleSoft, SharePoint)
Ability to lead feature development with onsite and offshore teams
Experience migrating applications from legacy to MS Dynamics CRM Online and On-Prem
Salary and Benefits Applications will be accepted until 11/1/2025. The annual salary for this position is between 114,000 to 133,500 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
