Arrowhead Automotive, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance, is seeking a
Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist . This is a full-time role on our marketing team, working closely with our sales team and carrier partners to market prospective client submissions and prepare proposals for presentation by our sales colleagues. Overview
This position requires commercial property and casualty insurance experience. The role focuses on evaluating submissions, developing marketing plans aligned with carrier appetites, coordinating with underwriters, and supporting the sales process from proposal to binding/issuing policies. Responsibilities
Evaluate submissions to determine a comprehensive marketing plan based on carrier appetites. Update policy information, gather loss reports, and complete applications/submissions. Work with insurance company underwriters to receive timely and accurate quotes. Negotiate terms and conditions to position the team to win. Prepare presentations and binding/issuing policies. Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience. Preference given to applicants with retail agency experience and/or experience in a sales environment. Proven capabilities in marketing-related duties with an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers. State insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment. About Arrowhead

Target starting salary of $55k-$65k depending on experience + annual bonus potential.
