We are hiring a Retention Marketing Specialist for PHI Direct and Furkin to help build our pack of members across Canada and to expand beyond Canada in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with a focus on member or customer communications, onboarding journeys, promotional emails, organic social media, and loyalty initiatives. Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM for data management, list building, and contact segmentation is required. This role collaborates with our IT Team in the UK and may require flexibility in working hours. Strong project management, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in an intrapreneurial environment are essential. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with benefits and bonus eligibility. Open to candidates anywhere in the US, with preference for the Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities: Optimize marketing channels to engage retention efforts Provide reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights Collaborate with Marketing, Care, IT, and external agencies to launch and evolve retention campaigns Identify opportunities to improve retention through digital channels (web, email, social) Build and optimize email campaigns (onboarding series, promotions, newsletters, etc.) Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting Highlight member stories and UGC, and develop surprise-and-delight initiatives Manage content library of policyholder and claims communications in internal platforms and keep communications up to date Provide administrative support (e.g., memory/pet loss, claims forms, inbox management, social monitoring, Wrike submissions) Manage and grow refer-a-friend program Provide general administrative and project support (moderation and content creation) Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant marketing experience Project management experience is a plus Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Proficiency with Canva and design tools (InDesign, Illustrator) Excellent copywriting Understanding of survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey) Project management software experience (Asana or JIRA) Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Highly organized with attention to detail Positive, creative, and innovative mindset Pet lovers Compensation: Pay range: $65,000 - $70,000 USD (full-time schedule) Monthly bonuses available in addition to base salary Additional Information: All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
