has arisen for a proven AV Event Manager to join a new team, working in a brand new building featuring the latest Audio Visual technology. Working as part of a dynamic AV Support Team at our client’s headquarters in New York covering 100 meeting rooms, Auditorium, Dining rooms, Restaurant and Fitness Centre. We are looking for someone who can manage and oversee the delivery of on-site and virtual event services between Kinly and the client. Reporting : The Events Manager will report to the Client Services Manager; the Managed Onsite Team Lead will assist with AV Event planning and management across onsite live events, webinars and hybrid events. Responsibilities
include a high degree of client contact and ensuring best-in-class services across all Audio Visual-related parts of event services. Key responsibilities: Client Management – Building and maintaining client relationships Team Coordination – Direct coordination of Event Technicians Fault Reporting Management – ensure all faults are reported and escalated Point of contact for key events in Auditorium and high-profile events/meetings Team Building – Promote and deliver team collaboration while maintaining morale and identifying training opportunities Reporting – Collection and entry of client statistical data including SLA performance, MI, team performance and other metrics Documentation – Drive creation and enhancement of site documentation including SOPs and Risk Assessments; ensure documentation processes are maintained Attend all pre-event planning meetings and be responsible for resource scheduling, crewing, technical briefing, live event management and post-event debrief Coordinate with specialised production and facilities companies for events and broadcasts Maintain communication with clients to understand technical requirements and select appropriate solutions On-site event management and overall responsibility of events Provide concise technical briefs and manage hire equipment and services as needed Post-event wrap-up report and meeting, including incident/problem identification Advise clients on best practices and suitable technologies for their event/webinar Identify opportunities for technological/operational improvements and consult with stakeholders Skills and experience : Candidates will have a deep and proven background within a corporate environment. Strong experience in webinar creation and delivery; solid understanding of hybrid event delivery; excellent knowledge of AV controls, audio and video.
