$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms Capture and edit platform-native content (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes, and jobsite footage) that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports marketing priorities Produce compelling visual content, including photography, graphics, and short-form video, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand alignment Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, messaging, and voice consistently Maintain and manage a cross-platform content calendar to align with campaigns and initiatives Visit jobsites and attend company, industry, or community events to capture real-time content Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to execute cohesive social media strategies to highlight employee culture, recruitment efforts, and client success stories Organize and maintain the digital asset library for efficient content management Monitor analytics, compile performance reports, and provide insights to inform strategy and content optimization Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content to build community relationships Stay current with evolving social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, proactively integrating them into content strategies Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related specialized field 2+ years’ experience in social media with demonstrated experience creating content for a brand, agency, or organization Strong understanding of major social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar) PC usage Experience using social media management and analytics tools Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adapt strategy based on insights Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits
