Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and make their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work.
Responsibilities
Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity.

You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You have a passion for AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience (practice makes perfect).
You are at least 16 years of age.
