You're a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, “friends first” approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support the team to get the job done. Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have energy to manage multiple tasks and are available when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
