Arts Bonita seeks a creative and data-driven Digital Communications Manager to elevate and expand our digital presence. This part-time, in-person role is responsible for growing Arts Bonita’s audience and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — both organically and through strategic paid advertising — while ensuring our brand voice remains clear, compelling, and consistent. Working closely with the Executive Director, Marketing Team, and colleagues in Programming, Development, and Education, the Digital Communications Manager will create and execute campaigns that drive ticket sales, class enrollments, membership growth, and donor engagement, strengthening Arts Bonita’s reputation as Southwest Florida’s premier cultural destination. Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Platform Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth plan across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email campaigns, and paid advertising platforms. Digital Strategy & Platform Growth: Grow Arts Bonita’s audience organically through creative, shareable content and strategically through targeted paid campaigns. Digital Strategy & Platform Growth: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize content strategy and advertising spend. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Produce and schedule engaging social media content (graphics, video, copy) that promotes concerts, theater productions, exhibitions, classes, and events. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Write and design email newsletters, e-blasts, and digital ads that drive conversions and engagement. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Ensure all digital communications reflect Arts Bonita’s brand identity and resonate with target audiences. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to generate visually compelling and high-quality content. Audience Engagement & Community Building: Actively manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn communities, responding to comments and messages to build strong connections. Audience Engagement & Community Building: Identify and implement innovative strategies such as geofencing, retargeting, influencer partnerships, and experimenting with new social trends to reach fresh audiences. Audience Engagement & Community Building: Support Development and Membership teams by creating digital campaigns that strengthen donor stewardship and member retention. Collaboration & Project Management: Serve as Arts Bonita’s digital brand ambassador, ensuring alignment of messaging across all public communications. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with the marketing team to meet deadlines for season announcements, fundraising campaigns, and program launches. Collaboration & Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver campaigns efficiently and on brand. Qualifications

Proven experience in digital communications, marketing, or social media strategy, ideally in arts, culture, or entertainment sectors. Expertise with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and management tools. Strong understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and campaign optimization. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong visual sense. Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Highly organized, deadline-driven, collaborative, and passionate about the arts. Success in This Role Looks Like

Substantial growth in followers and engagement across all digital platforms, with measurable gains in reach and impressions.
