You will collaborate with the Head of Product Design, engineers, and product teams in a design-forward environment that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and high-impact execution. We’re seeking a
Product Designer
(Web) to join our talented team and play a pivotal role in shaping our
web application
experience. You’ll collaborate with our
Head of Product Design , engineers, and product teams in a
design-forward environment
that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and high-impact execution. Responsibilities
Create high-fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes in
Figma . Own and drive the
end-to-end design process
for our web application, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. Maintain and evolve our
design system
to ensure consistency and scalability. Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data, prioritizing usability and performance. Design responsive layouts that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional experience in
web/UI design . Experience designing for
consumer-facing applications , with a focus on usability and accessibility. Strong communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering. Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience designing for
trading, investing, or fintech
platforms. Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with web technologies (React/HTML/CSS) and their impact on design decisions. Bonus
You have independently built React projects end-to-end. While this role is design-focused, knowledge of React or implementing your own projects helps collaboration with engineers. Generous UNLIMITED PTO (and we mean it!). Mandated two-week holiday shutdown at the end of the year for Christmas and New Year’s + company holidays.
