is seeking an experienced Trust Officer responsible for overseeing accounts where the company serves as Trustee, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, internal policies, and procedures. Requirements: CTFA certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in trust and estate administration, including direct client interaction. An advanced degree in law, tax, or related field preferred. Experience in a wealth management firm, trust company, law firm, or bank trust department. Prior trust and estate administration experience, working with securities custodians, attorneys, accountants, auditors, regulators, and beneficiaries regarding trust activities, transactions, trustee decision-making, and estate distribution management. Experience reviewing estate planning documents, fiduciary tax returns, and related legal/tax documents is preferred. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to explain complex legal and financial concepts clearly. Professional, mature, collaborative, and solution-oriented demeanor. Participate in the Trust Oversight Committee and oversee discretionary distributions. Represent the firm in client and beneficiary meetings, demonstrating expertise and confidence. Review wills, trust agreements, and beneficiary designations for estate structure and asset distribution.
