KH is seeking a well-rounded generalist with a strong foundation in real estate law and a desire to work across multiple practice areas, Illinois-licensed and resides in or near the northwest suburbs of Chicago—particularly within McHenry County—to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a client-facing position with the expectation of in-person client meetings and regular office presence. Core Responsibilities
Representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in residential and commercial transactions Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Reviewing and clearing title Preparing and analyzing leases Managing due diligence and contract timelines Handling closings from start to finish Advising on zoning, land use, or permitting issues General Practice
Advising closely held businesses and entrepreneurs Drafting contracts, operating agreements, and related corporate documents Providing estate planning or probate counsel Supporting litigation or dispute resolution matters Why Join KH?
