An AMAZING opportunity for an immigration attorney to join our A+ team. We are a fast-paced immigration law firm located in Orlando, FL. We handle a wide range of immigration cases, and we are looking for an experienced attorney to support our talented team. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting. Casual work attire. Boutique law firm - no volume firm. Potential work from home days after the probation period. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions. Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings. Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and government agencies. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy. Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of experience with the USCIS and EOIR as a licensed attorney. Admission to a state bar association. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is preferred. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols. Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues and team members. Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Litigation experience is required. Compensation and Benefits
