Summary The Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium Leadership Rotational Program is a competitive early-career opportunity that gives high-performing talent unique exposure to cross-functional sports and entertainment departments. Associates will rotate 3-4 times over the span of roughly 12 months within the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and/or Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix business verticals. The program is designed to customize rotations based on organizational need and associates\' personal skillsets and career trajectories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a relentless desire to learn, strong emotional intelligence, a problem-solving mindset, and an elite ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership across all entities.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree, with strong academic achievement and performance
Candidates must have graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in the 12 months prior to July 2026
