Director, Product Development - HOKA Footwear Location:
Portland, OR - In-Office The Role Lead and manage the product creation process from concept to final prototyping and samples. Provide leadership in design tech packages, supervise BOM generation, and review project statuses. Solve technical issues, manage project timelines, and supervise sample delivery. Promote continuous improvement and stay updated with industry trends. Your Impact Manage product development from brief to final samples. Support design tech packages and supervise BOMs. Evaluate project progress and technical aspects. Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts. Manage project timelines and sample deliveries. Encourage innovation and industry awareness. Train and mentor team members. Travel as needed for factories and trade shows. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years in footwear industry. Expertise in product specs, materials, and construction. Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe, and PLM systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
