WhatYou'llDo Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Hands-on experience conducting developmentally appropriate assessments using the Vineland-3 and other standardized measures Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making Coach and model behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning In some regions, provide oversight and mentorship to Associate Clinical Supervisors or those accumulating supervision hours, supporting their growth and development toward independent BCBA practice What Makes This Role Unique Lower Monthly Billable Requirements - Prioritize quality care and clinical outcomes with manageable billing expectations. SBT and PRT Model & Certification - Implement a play-based, child-led approach grounded in the principles of Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), with training and certification opportunities. Accessible Performance Bonuses - Earn additional compensation for meaningful clinical work through transparent and achievable bonus opportunities. Dedicated Clinical Leadership - Our Regional Clinical Managers do not carry caseloads, ensuring they're available to support BCBAs with coaching, oversight, and guidance.
