This position is newly created to service and develop business in the specified location. The objective is to manage high potential towns and expand the business. It is a critical role with high potential and supply chain advantages. Currently, the business is low and needs to be scaled up significantly through focused distribution and town development. Main Responsibilities
Increase annual sales volume Expand buying outlets as per targets Implement automation at distributor and field force levels Maintain commercial control, AR, and NDCs Manage DSM and field force efficiency according to norms Impact and Dimensions
Develop SFO business in high potential and strategic areas Service major business partners, distributors, and rural penetration Key Performance Indicators
Sales volume Number of buying outlets Number of active DSMs DSM and field force efficiency Major Opportunities and Challenges
Building distribution network and developing SFO business Increasing rural penetration of Vanaspati Starting and sustaining palm oil business Management and Leadership Skills

Trade business partners Sales team Knowledge and Technical Skills
Strong execution abilities Proficiency in computer applications Analytical skills Educational and Experience Requirements
