Broadview Heights, Ohio Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and revenue goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor sales metrics, including targets, quotas, and forecasts. Collaborate with other departments to optimize profitability. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Must have prior in-home sales management experience to qualify, preferably in the home improvement industry. Proven track record in sales management, preferably in home improvement or garage door products. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach and mentor team members. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus. Compensation:
