The
E-sales Agent
is responsible for generating service appointments through online customer contacts. The BDC Internet Service Agent provides a premium customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to inquiries. This role involves using lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiries, update customer files, and track customer interest. The associate will be trained on all products and services, including inventory, financing, and incentives. Responsibilities include: Responding courteously and professionally to internet inquiries Accurately entering inquiry data into the CRM Generating service appointments Conducting phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experiences Utilizing lead management tools effectively Preparing reports and documentation promptly Performing additional duties as assigned Maintaining ethical behavior and ensuring customer satisfaction Communicating effectively verbally and in writing Working proficiently with Microsoft and other systems Working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Working in a call center environment Exhibiting strong organizational and time management skills Understanding rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Being authorized to work in the USA Passing pre-employment tests including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possessing a valid driver license Join us and enjoy comprehensive training, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
