insurance experience JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective This position is responsible for working in conjunction with Team Members to service clients by maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients through continued stewardship, account rounding, and assistance during the client renewal process. Additionally, the role supports new business efforts by assisting with quoting, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial point of contact forward. Provides the highest level of customer service to clients within a book of insurance accounts with an eye for proper documentation and organization. When needed to perform functions associated with servicing an account,followsestablished agencyworkflowswith high level of accuracy and attention to detail. In this capacity, must have excellent computer skills with the ability and willingness to learn new systems. Builds strong relationships with potential and existing clients to identify and meet their insurance needs including rounding the account with other lines of business as applicable. Maintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, carriers, or as appropriate, other information. Consistently reports to work on time and prepared to perform job functions. Strives to increase knowledge and/or enhance skills through continuing education. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and other devices. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary depending on department and scope of work assigned. Travel Occasional, local day travel is expected for this position, with rare overnight travel required for educational and other business purposes. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Insurance License. 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry Preferred Education and Experience Associates or Bachelors degree from college or technical school.
