Position Information

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the HealthStream Learning & Performance product suite within a specific geographic territory, aiming to meet or exceed sales quotas. This includes managing market segmentation, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales, as well as leading other team members. Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify opportunities with existing clients and new prospects, aligning solutions with initiatives, developing relationships, and securing sponsorships. Demonstrate and present solutions to stakeholders, develop proposals, and build ROI/business cases. Support RFP processes, lead proposal teams, and handle pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts and transition clients to implementation, ensuring long-term success. Develop territory plans, manage pipelines in CRM, and support sales strategies. Share best practices within the sales community and support sales operations. Engage in personal and professional development to maintain expertise and skills. Collaborate cross-functionally to create customer solutions aligned with company values. Adopt a Challenger Selling mindset, understanding client needs while challenging their thinking. Understand stakeholder needs across various leadership levels. Qualifications

Requirements include excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to develop relationships quickly, integrity, professionalism, and the capacity to work independently in a results-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare or similar fields are required, along with the ability to travel up to 25%. Additional skills include problem-solving, interpreting instructions, leadership, and effective communication. Benefits
