This position reports to the Strategic Sales Director Food/Commercial and interfaces with customers, company managers, and staff. It requires a high-energy self-starter who can work independently, is company-oriented, and committed to growth strategies, customer retention, and continuous customer engagement. Exposures:

CRM Sales Management Tool, E1 system, customer pricing and term details, contracts. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 50+ accounts with a sales background in food or commercial products, responsible for over $20 million in sales revenue. Screen non-medical leads to assign account management. Implement and renew existing agreements, review and approve quarterly price increases, analyze monthly/weekly volumes for customer issues impacting year-end results. Evaluate customer issues and propose solutions to the Director, including data analysis and legal contract approvals. Determine FDA regulation applications related to sterilization of food, packaging, animal food, and pet treats to mitigate company liability. Monitor market trends, FDA recalls, approvals, and petitions; provide industry intelligence; support sales when the Director is unavailable; prepare PowerPoint presentations for strategic insights. Required Qualifications Over 3 years of experience in food, beverage, pet, or packaging industries. Consistent success in increasing sales. Strong presentation, communication, and management skills. Proficiency in Office suite and data tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred. Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $65,500 - $107,000 annually, based on experience.
