About the Role: Field Account Executive As a Field Account Executive, you will work with our customers to identify ways to grow their business through better use of data on their customers, menu, and service staff. To do this effectively, you must maintain in-depth industry knowledge, including marketplace conditions and competitor positioning in your geographic area. Each month, you will drive the sales cycle from lead generation to demonstrations and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Become an industry, product, and restaurateur expert.

Manage the entire sales cycle: lead development, client meetings, creating value propositions, structuring deals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Conduct discovery calls and visits to identify customer needs.

Successfully run online and in-person demonstrations of Upserve.

Maintain up-to-date records in Upserve’s CRM system.

Process sales quotes and orders accurately.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of hospitality sales experience using a POS system, with a proven record of closing deals and meeting quotas.

Proficiency in managing the full sales lifecycle.

Understanding of solution-based, consultative sales approaches.

Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Professional poise and confidence in communicating with executives.

Positive attitude and high-performance culture commitment.

Valuing feedback and continuous learning.

Ability to work remotely within your sales region.

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience selling in a SaaS environment.
