Sales Consultant
for our store. As a Sales Consultant, or Experience Guide, you will play a key role in creating a fantastic guest experience. If you're self-sufficient, resilient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you. You will assist guests throughout the entire car sales process. What You’ll Do: Assist with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and overall guest experience. Provide clear, transparent options for guests to make informed decisions. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure all guests have an exceptional experience, whether they are purchasing a vehicle or not. Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and be part of a team that values doing things the right way. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated consultative sales experience Experience in a retail environment Outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality Transparency and integrity Willingness to learn and take ownership Ability to celebrate small successes High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand instructions and information Valid in-state driver’s license Professional appearance Ability to meet sales quotas according to dealership standards Authorization to work in the USA Commitment to performing duties safely Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
