As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will be procured with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Responsibilities
What you have: Procure with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Grow your practice over time through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
Required Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as required during tenure
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen client relationships by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding client expectations Learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help clients progress toward goals Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and wealth strategies with clients Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience in addition to your own professional development in Wealth Management
