Accounts Receivable- Scottsdale, AZ!

Vaco Phoenix is working with a great company who is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of all accounts receivable transactions and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. This is a contract position paying up to $31 per hour. Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies Prepare and maintain monthly aging reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
