We are looking for an enthusiastic

Data Analytics & AI Developer

to join our team. This associate-level role offers hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-powered and business intelligence (BI) solutions. You will contribute to developing machine learning models and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

AI model development:

Assist in the design, training, and testing of machine learning models. ETL pipelines:

Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data to ensure data consistency. Data visualization:

Build dashboards and reports using tools like

Tableau

or

Power BI . Model integration:

Collaborate with teams to deploy AI models into business systems. Data preparation:

Clean and preprocess datasets for AI and BI projects. Troubleshooting:

Monitor deployed models and help resolve performance issues. Documentation:

Maintain clear technical documentation for knowledge sharing. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems , or related field (or relevant experience). Basic knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch , or

Scikit-Learn . Familiarity with

SQL

and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake). Experience or interest in

Tableau ,

Power BI , or similar BI tools. Programming experience in

Python

or

R . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (not required)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with ETL tools like

Fivetran

or

dbt .
