PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconcile accounts and monitor cash flow across multiple companies. Serve as subject matter expert on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and invoicing projects. Lead, coach, and manage the AP/AR team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions. Oversee AP operations, including vendor master data management, invoice processing, disbursements, and dispute resolution. Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and internal business leaders. Recruit, train, and develop AP team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and enhance internal controls. Coordinate and complete annual 1099 filings for subsidiaries. Resolve escalated inquiries and dispute, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with business partners to understand strategies, trends, and operational needs. Prepare and submit batches for the third-party vendor payment system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and documentation. Performs other related duties as assigned to support business needs. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
