Position Summary:

The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis to guide decision-making across Boisset Family Estates. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Direct-to-Guest, Wholesale Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Production teams to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a high-impact, detail-oriented role ideal for an analytical professional looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. FP&A Analyst Essential Functions: Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration to gather inputs and provide financial support. Assist in resolving data discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams. Prepare and maintain reports to support the CEO, CFO, and Sales & Marketing leadership. Track and analyze performance trends by brand, label, and sales channel. Support monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual reviews and variance analysis. Maintain KPI dashboards and assist in identifying performance drivers. Forecasting & Modeling

Contribute to the development and maintenance of forecasting models for case volume, revenue, and key performance metrics. Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting. Upload and validate forecast data in financial systems and planning tools. Inventory & Demand Support

Assist in demand planning analysis to align inventory and production decisions with sales trends. Support the development of tools to monitor product availability and sales velocity. Use Excel, PowerBI, and Data Warehouse to extract, transform and report financial and operational data. Work with data warehouse systems to improve data visibility and streamline reporting processes. Additional Functions:

Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in safety training and report all unsafe conditions or work practices. Participate in team efforts and perform additional duties as needed. FP&A Analyst Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area of study preferred 1-3 years of relevant work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to compile information into unified reports Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite ERP and POS experience (Business Central, NAV, Commerce7) PowerBI (++) SQL (+) Advanced Excel experience (Power Query +) Wine Industry experience preferred but not required FP&A AnalystPhysical Requirements:

Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. Dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with the fingers. May require lifting and moving objects up to 20 lbs in weight. Clear vision, close and distant, and ability to adjust focus. Hearing adequate for telephone and office level conversation. Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Minimal noise level typical of business office: computers, printers, telephones, light traffic. May or may not include periods in autos, airplanes, and/or lodging facilities. Schedule and Travel Requirements:

Regular business schedule: Monday through Friday. Hybrid role (3 days in office per week)
