Customer Care Consultant , your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and patient support while educating clients. The Customer Care Consultant primarily assists patrons and patients via telephone, conducting day-to-day customer phone support in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate is someone seeking to focus on customer care within the cannabis industry. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns Lead tours of the sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of available products Retain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests Follow product handling procedures, including safety, health policies, and regulatory compliance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking retail items and supplies, cleaning, and sanitizing Operate cash register, POS system, and manage cash drawer Work collaboratively to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met within designated timelines Perform other duties as assigned WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High School diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting Excellent computer, language, and reasoning skills Strong multi-tasking abilities over the phone Occasional local travel as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks Frequently sit Occasionally stand, walk, reach above shoulders, manipulate objects, lift/carry up to 25 pounds, and perform bending or kneeling WHAT WE OFFER
