Our bank client seeks an SBA Loan Closer/Servicer in the Dallas, TX area. The successful candidate will handle operational duties related to processing, closing, funding, reporting, and servicing SBA & USDA Loans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate system records (nCino), customer service, closing/funding, payment postings, reconciliation, and submitting servicing actions, all while adhering to SBA & USDA policies and regulations. The role offers a salary up to $85K and excellent benefits.

(This is not a remote position) SBA Loan Closer/Servicer Responsibilities

Manage SBA 7a, SBA 504 & USDA Loan Closings, including entering loans in CAFS/ETRAN, coordinating with attorneys, and preparing for closing. Review and approve loan documents, work with loan officers and third parties to complete closing checklists. Submit loan packages for pre-closing review and obtain approval before scheduling closings. Clear exceptions in nCino, mail closing packages, and schedule closings. Prepare closing worksheets, initiate wire transfers, and seek approval. Review post-closing documents, ensure execution, and review booking accuracy. Monitor delinquency reports and process loan payments regularly. Post cash items, transfer funds, and maintain reports like SBA 1502. Support customer inquiries, submit deferment and modification documents, and assist with servicing actions. Prepare notices for late payments, default, and liquidation. Coordinate site inspections for past-due loans and annual reviews. Review documentation for funded loans and prepare for sale of guaranteed portions. Maintain pipeline reports and monitor the SBA Watch List. Candidate Profile

You're someone eager to develop professionally, seeking opportunities aligned with your passions. Your background includes: Broad knowledge of SBA 7a, accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree or 4+ years of SBA 7a experience. 12-18 months of supervisory experience or equivalent. Ability to analyze financial and legal documents and respond to complex inquiries. SBA 7a NAGGL and SBA 504 NADCO certifications are preferred. Intermediate Excel skills.
