Provide sales force, management, and other departments with account history, pricing questions/discrepancies, contracting process/status updates. Gather and analyze pricing requests for discounted or national contracts. Create future pricing proposals for the process. Develop financial reports/models to support contract negotiations. Create, track, and monitor proposals and contracts throughout the negotiation process. Input contracts into the system and generate customized data including price books, customer confirmation letters, and reports. Coordinate contract roll-out packages to Sales Offices for National Accounts. Maintain membership data on contracted IDNs. Create, maintain, generate, and distribute monthly and quarterly reports as required to field, sales management, and finance. Provide a pricing database for new product additions to National contracts. Fulfill sales reporting requirements for accounts. Monitor item masters for attachment to price groups. Support and participate in the annual price increase process. Perform ad-hoc reporting as requested. Handle special projects as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required with 7-10+ years of experience. A financial background is a plus. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required. Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Impromptu, and PowerPoint is a plus. Candidate must be well-organized with a strong attention to detail. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal/communication skills are essential. Must be able to multi-task independently with minimal supervision and take a leadership role when necessary.
