Ensure sales are structured for maximum profitability. Maintain required proficiency and certifications. Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively. Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals. Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements. Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualifications: Eagerness to improve. College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Well-versed in title laws and registration processes. Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Negotiation and presentation skills expertise. Valid driver’s license.
