About the role: We are hiring Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). CAAS provides customized accounting support for clients (typically larger than $50M) on an interim and project basis. If you value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, keep reading! As an Engagement Director, you will: Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients across various industries, covering roles such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc. Design and improve accounting processes including monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations. Take an active, hands-on approach in executing client engagements. Have the opportunity to travel; the more open you are to travel, the more opportunities we can offer! What you will need: At least ten years of relevant work experience, including public accounting. Prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting or Internal Audit Manager is preferred. Big Four experience is a plus! A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with various accounting software.
