Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
CD/TOC Network Analyst
to join 5 Stones intelligence supporting counter-drug (CD), counter-transnational organized crime (C-TOC), and related law enforcement (LE) and intelligence agency (IA) operations. This position demands an elite level of analytic expertise, operational awareness, and technical skill in all-source analysis, targeting, and illicit network disruption. Key Responsibilities Conduct
entity-level, all-source, all-domain network analysis
of global drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), narco-terrorism, money laundering, cryptocurrency-enabled crime, weapons trafficking, Dark Net/cyber threats, and other TOC activities. Fuse large volumes of intelligence community (IC) data, law enforcement records, corporate registries, financial transactions, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and dark web activity into
actionable intelligence products. Identify
network vulnerabilities, connections, and operational patterns
to drive tactical and operational efforts for DoD, LEA, and IA partners. Develop
target packages, network charts, and lead cables
using tools such as i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Semantica/Cortex, and other advanced analytic platforms. Represent the organization in
multi-agency coordination meetings , briefings, and working groups, delivering clear, actionable recommendations. Employ advanced analytic workflows across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT to reveal previously unknown communications, associations, and transactions. Provide
operational support
to complex, multinational investigations and operations against priority threat networks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position from an accredited U.S. institution. 12+ years of specialized experience
in network analysis, with at least 2 years in the last 2 years directly relevant to this mission set. Experience in
all-source, criminal, and threat financial analysis
supporting CD, C-TOC, and LE/IA missions. Experience with
i2 Analyst Notebook or equivalent network visualization tools. Demonstrated proficiency in
communications analysis, financial analysis (including cryptocurrencies), data enrichment, and link analysis. Ability to work in
multi-classification environments
with diverse data sources and large-scale datasets. Exceptional communication skills for written, graphical, and verbal deliverables tailored to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Familiarity with
IC and LEA databases
and commercial analytic platforms. Experience in
operational targeting and intelligence fusion
for DoD, LEA, and IA missions. Knowledge of
tradecraft development and workflow optimization
in network analysis.
