Responsibilities
Design innovative, analytical and management reporting tools for decision making
Develop and maintain crucial relationships across all functional areas and interact with all levels of leadership including the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Executive Team
Assist in analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue to include
In depth revenue variance analysis by line of business
Fee and commission profitability analysis
Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
Assist in providing KPI’s and trend analysis of Company performance
Assist in providing internal benchmark analysis
Perform what-if analysis as well as analyze the financial impact of changes in the business
Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes
Work with the COO, Budget Managers, Practice Leaders and Central Finance Team in forecasting and budgeting processes
Work collaboratively with client service teams to collect and review data for accuracy and consistency
Extract and analyze data from current financial and business intelligence systems
Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools
Drive data mining and business intelligence efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience. Degree or specialization in Finance or Accounting preferred.
2+ years relevant finance experience required.
Advanced excel knowledge required.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple clients.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed.
