We are seeking a skilled SAP Vistex Business Analyst to support rebate and contract management processes within a complex business and technical landscape.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users, product owners, and technical teams, focusing on requirement gathering, user support, and process understanding—without engaging in system configuration or design.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
Document business requirements, expectations, and user scenarios (not functional specifications).
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): write test cases, guide execution, and translate business needs into actionable insights.
Troubleshoot Vistex-related workflow issues in SAP ECC (rebates, chargebacks, contracts) and escalate to technical/functional teams.
Communicate effectively with users who may struggle to articulate issues; translate business language into technical understanding.
Focus on process understanding, data flow, and user support rather than configuration or design work.
Required Qualifications
Superuser-level experience with Vistex in SAP ECC. Strong business acumen in contracts, rebates, and chargebacks. Comfortable in a superuser-type role: understands system functionality without configuring it. Proven ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams. Experience writing requirement documents and UAT scripts. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. Strong soft skills including communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications
