About the Position
Position Description
LCSC is hiring a full-time Program Manager. This person will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee and manage the programming staff to ensure the smooth execution of all camp activities including both summer camp programming and off-season rentals. ● Collaborate with volunteer deans to develop and implement engaging camp programming and events. ● Evaluate and improve camp programs based on feedback and best practices. ● Assist in recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteer faculty for various programs. ● Other Duties as needed and according to giftedness: ● Work alongside other staff members to ensure smooth operation of camp programming. I.e. Food Service Manager, Office Manager, Hospitality Manager. ● Reports directly to the Camp Director.
