This role is responsible for managing day-to-day departmental functions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing team capabilities. Through collaboration, accountability, and innovation, the Security Operations Manager II ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality security services that protect the Zoo’s people, property, and reputation.
