Build and maintain platform including common utility libraries and content management tools. Evaluate new open source and OTS solutions for implementation and adoption of standard platform capabilities supporting product delivery teams. Participate in architecture strategy for enterprise-wide applications and standardize common capabilities and security practices. Create discreet, reusable functionality ensuring consistent user interface in different contexts. Lead technical design and development of a cross-functional, multi-tenant platform while remaining in a hands-on engineering role. Draw consensus between business stakeholders and enterprise architects to ensure architecture decisions fit business needs. Write code using NodeJs, Express, GraphQL, ReactJs, Groq, JavaScript and HTML/CSS. Design and develop caching solutions utilizing Akamai and Redis. Test applications using unit test frameworks including Jest, Sinon, Karma, and Postman. Develop and deploy applications using build automation tools including GitHub, Visual Studio, NPM, Grunt, Nexus, Maven, and Jenkins. Maintain application code quality using Sonar. Monitor application security by performing SAST and SCA scans using Veracode and monitor API performance using Dynatrace. Troubleshoot application issues using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Quantum Metrics tools. Perform benchmark measures using Apache Jmeter, Loadrunner, Junit, Chai, Mocha, Karma, and Sinon. Apply advanced knowledge packaging tools including Webpack, Yarn, and Gulp. Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation writing code using NodeJs, Express, GraphQL, ReactJs, Groq, JavaScript and HTML/CSS; designing and developing caching solutions utilizing Akamai and Redis; testing applications using unit test frameworks including Jest, Sinon, Karma Frameworks and Postman; developing and deploying applications using build automation tools including GitHub, Visual Studio, NPM, Grunt, Nexus, Maven, and Jenkins; maintaining application code quality using Sonar; monitoring application security by performing SAST and SCA scans using Veracode tool, and their API performance using Dynatrace; troubleshooting application issues using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) and Quantum Metrics tools; performing benchmark measures using Apache Jmeter, Loadrunner, Junit, Chai, Mocha, Karma, and Sinon; and applying advanced knowledge packaging tools including Webpack, Yarn, and Gulp.
