Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA will serve the Specialized Needs Unit by supporting the behavioral team in development of behavior plans, behavioral analysis of selected target behaviors, education of staff in plan procedures, and supporting the family/caregiver behavioral training program. Responsible for the integrity of all behavioral data needed for patient care. The primary focus is to support the unit and provide supervision to the Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT). Part-time and per-diem positions available Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Analyst required. Minimum one (1) year experience in the provision of behavioral analysis and behavior analytic treatment Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates critical thinking and organizational skills for the development and delivery of training programs Must have experience with coordinating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Teaching and training skills are required 401K Retirement Plan available
