Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented
Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
to join our dynamic Vascular Surgery team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with vascular surgeons and support staff to provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, as well as manage patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of vascular patients Provide inpatient and outpatient management including consultations, wound care, follow-up visits, and pre/post-op evaluations Perform minor procedures within the scope of practice and assist in surgery as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary team members to coordinate optimal care Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care Participate in quality initiatives, clinical rounds, and case conferences Qualifications
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of New Hampshire National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) APRNs must be trained and certified as a First Assist 1-2 years of experience in vascular, surgical, or acute care preferred; new graduates with strong clinical experience are also encouraged to apply Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
