GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Premiere Behavioral Supports is currently seeking a consulting BCBA in the following counties: Lake. MAJOR DUTIES
Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with In-Home Support Staff in community-based and home settings. Writing and implementing behavior plans for clients in the in-home setting. Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings. Attending weekly supervisory and clinical meetings with other Developmental Specialists and administration. Qualifications
Required:
Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), master's or doctoral level, or a person licensed under Chapter 490 or 491, F.S., such as a psychologist, school psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor, with evidence of work samples and more than three years of experience in applied behavior analysis with persons with exceptional needs, post-certification or licensure. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Preferred:
Supervisory experience, strong creative problem-solving and organizational skills, personable, motivated, dependable, and ready to face daily challenges. A valid driver's license with under 5 points. Additional Details
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule. Medical specialty: Pediatrics Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday Education: Master's degree required Experience: At least 1 year in applied behavior analysis License/Certification: BCBA required Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)
